Week Three - Research into games currently available
Before I embarked on this project I wanted to check the current available games on the internet via numerous platforms, such as PC, Mobile Phone and Tablet. It may even be beneficial to look at games available on the Nintendo DS.
http://www.onlydrawinggames.com/ - This game required you to draw a shape to get the round circle to the red flag. Not exactly what I was looking for and found hundreds of these type of games available.
http://www.y8.com/games/princess_art_school - As a drawing game this is something for the much younger child to play. It makes the user select the pencil and 'draw' in the loosest sense of the term, as the pencil effectively just hovers over the area where a picture is drawn for you.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.aprenderJugando.alfabeto - The game is about the child writing each letter of the alphabet in an interactive mode, where the child learns each letter of the alphabet intuitively. The game teaches children to recognize shape of number and letters.
